1. Getting Started
1.1 Download and Install
Workouch is available for iOS and Android devices. Download it from:

1.2 Sign Up / Sign In
You can create an account using one of three methods:
• Google Sign-In: Quick sign-in with your Google account
• Apple Sign-In: Secure sign-in with your Apple ID (iOS only)
• Email: Create an account with your email address and password
All authentication methods provide the same features and functionality.
1.3 First Steps
After signing in, you'll be taken to the Home screen. We recommend:
1. Set up your profile (see Profile Setup)
2. Explore the app to familiarize yourself with the interface
3. Create your first workout or try AI workout generation (Pro feature)

2.1 Updating Your Profile
Navigate to the Profile section to:
• Update your personal information (age, gender, height, weight, activity level)
• View your subscription status

3. Follow the prompts to update your password
For Google/Apple Sign-In, password management is handled through your respective account settings.
2.3 Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data:

3.1 Personal Information
Your profile information helps Workouch generate personalized workout recommendations. Update these in the Profile section:
• Gender: Male or Female
• Age: Your current age
• Height: In centimeters (cm)
• Weight: In kilograms (kg)
• Activity Level: Choose from:
- Sedentary
- Lightly Active
- Moderately Active
- Very Active
- Extremely Active
3.2 Why Profile Information Matters
Your profile data is used to:
• Calculate health metrics (BMI, TDEE, estimated daily calories)
• Generate personalized AI workout recommendations
• Adjust workout intensity based on your fitness level

4. Creating Workouts
Workouch offers two main ways to create workouts: AI-Powered Generation (Pro feature) and Manual Creation (Available in Basic plan).
4.1 AI-Powered Workout Generation (Pro Feature)
Workouch offers two AI workout generation modes:
The Shuffle Mode
Quick and easy workout generation:
1. Tap "PRO" or "LAZY" from the Home screen
2. Select "The Shuffle" mode
3. Describe what you need in a single sentence (e.g., "I want a full-body workout at home")
4. Tap Generate and wait a few seconds
5. Review the generated workout
6. Customize if needed, then save
Tips for The Shuffle:
• Be specific about your goals ("upper body strength", "cardio at home")
• Mention equipment you have available
• Note any injuries or limitations
The Neat Mode
Detailed customization for precise workout generation:
1. Tap "PRO" or "LAZY" from the Home screen
2. Select "The Neat" mode
3. Fill in all the details:
- Workout Name: Give your workout a name
- Duration: How long you want to work out
- Intensity: Light, Moderate, or Intense
- Fitness Goals: Strength, Endurance, Weight Loss, etc.
- Target Body Parts: Select specific muscles/body parts
- Equipment: What equipment you have available
- Location: Home, Gym, or Outdoor
- Injuries/Limitations: Any physical limitations to consider

Create workouts manually with full control:

6. Search or filter exercises by:
- Muscle groups
- Equipment
- Exercise name

- Set Type: Weight-based, Time-based, Distance-based, or Reps-only
- Sets: Number of sets
- Reps/Weight/Duration/Distance: Based on set type
- Rest Time: Rest between sets (optional)
9. Reorder exercises by dragging (if available)

5. Executing Workouts
5.1 Starting a Workout
1. Go to your Workouts list

5. You'll see a Ready screen - prepare yourself, then tap "Start"
5.2 During Your Workout
• Current Exercise: See the exercise name, GIF demonstration, and instructions
• Sets Progress: Track which set you're on
• Timer: View elapsed workout time
• Rest Timer: Automatic countdown between sets and exercises
• Navigation: Move to the next exercise or go back if needed
5.3 Completing Sets
For each set:
1. Perform the exercise as specified
2. Tap "Complete Set" or "Next Set" when finished
3. Rest timer will start automatically (if configured)
4. Continue until all sets are complete
5. Move to the next exercise
5.4 Finishing Your Workout
When you complete all exercises:
• You'll see a Workout Summary screen
• Review your total workout time
